When will I receive my order?

All of our orders will be delivered within 2 working days when placed before 4pm. For full delivery details visit our delivery page.

 

What courier do you use?

For orders of 10 bags or less, we ship using DHL. Larger orders will go out on a pallet with Burgoynes Transport. 

 

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent in an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

 

How will my order be packaged?

Our logs and kindling are hand packed into netted bags before being put securely in to a large woven bag. This offers the best protection to ensure your wood is delivered safely and dry.

 

Will my wood be ready to burn?

Yes, we check our kiln dried logs and kindling have a low moisture content before they are sent out. Your firewood will arrive ready to use in your log burner, fire pit, pizza oven or chimenea. 

 

Where do you source your wood?

Our wood is all sustainably sourced from local woodland in Herefordshire and just across the border in Wales. 

 

What methods of payments do you take?

We accept credit & debit cards as well as PayPal. We also accept BACs payments if you call us to place your order.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the whole of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isle or Wight. For full delivery details visit our delivery page. 

 

Do you deliver to towns and cities?

Yes, our convenient sized nets of firewood are ideal for delivery to all UK towns and cities. As we have no minimum order our customers don't have to worry about storing large bulk quantities of wood.
Our couriers do 2 day delivery to our more local cites like Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester and Bristol. We often send out 2 day deliveries to major UK cites such as Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Sheffield and Liverpool.

  

Will the delivery fit down my road?

Our net sacks of logs do not need a crane or pallet truck for delivery, so can be delivered direct to our door without the need for a large lorry.
