Returns

To make your shopping experience as easy as possible, we’ve put in place an easy and efficient returns policy.

Change of mind

Although we have every confidence that you will be happy with your order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your order up to 14 days after delivery. You can return the products by your own means or we can collect them for £12.50 per bag. If you would like to return your order please use our contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. You will only be able to return your order if it’s in the same condition as it was received. Once we receive your return we will process you refund in 2-3 working days.

Damage or defective item

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us via our contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. We will then resolve your problem at no extra cost to you.
